TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.⁠ ⁠Scope of Work
All services provided by Creative Hauz will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal approved by both parties prior to the start of the project. Any additional work not included in the original scope will be quoted separately.​

2.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project or on the final day of service, whichever comes first. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.​

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the project within 3 business days of the scheduled start date, 50% of the total project fee (or the initial deposit) will be retained as a cancellation fee.

4.⁠ ⁠Revisions
The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the proposal. Any additional revisions beyond what is included will incur extra charges.

5.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property
Creative Hauz retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, including applicable usage rights as agreed.​

6.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability
Creative Hauz is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to weather, illness, or technical issues beyond our control.

8.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9.⁠ ⁠Agreement
By engaging Creative Hauz's services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
